Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or booking services with The Order Edit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

Our Services

The Order Edit provides professional home organization, decluttering, downsizing, estate management support and related services to residential clients in North and West Vancouver, BC.

All services are subject to a confirmed booking and mutual agreement on scope. Pricing is confirmed before work begins. We reserve the right to decline bookings at our discretion.

Booking & Cancellation

  • Bookings are confirmed via email or phone.
  • We request a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules.
  • Late cancellations (under 24 hours) may be subject to a cancellation fee of one hour’s service rate ($75).
  • We reserve the right to reschedule in the event of illness, emergency or circumstances beyond our control.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Ensuring access to the property at the agreed time
  • Being present or having an authorized representative available during the initial walkthrough
  • Making final decisions on all items to be kept, donated or discarded
  • Providing accurate information about any special handling requirements (fragile items, hazardous materials, etc.)

The Order Edit is not responsible for items discarded, donated or removed at the client’s request.

Limitation of Liability

While we take every care in handling your belongings, The Order Edit is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage to items or property
  • Items discarded at the client’s direction
  • Incidental or consequential damages arising from our services

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the session in question.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images, layout and branding is the property of The Order Edit and may not be reproduced, distributed or used without written permission.

This website is provided for informational purposes. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or completeness of any content and reserve the right to modify or remove content at any time without notice.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
