$65 · each hour after
Half Day: ~$195 (3 hr max)
Full Day: ~$375 (6 hr max)
Monthly Packages
Keep your space maintained long-term with a recurring package. Scope and pricing based on your space — contact us for a custom quote.

Do I need to be home during the session?
It’s entirely up to you. Many clients prefer to be present for the initial consult, but are comfortable leaving us to work independently once we’ve aligned on the plan.
How do I know what gets kept, donated, or disposed?
Nothing leaves without your approval. We sort and present options — you make the final call on every item.
How long does a typical session take?
It depends on the space and scope. A single room can take 3–6 hours. Full-home projects are typically broken into multiple sessions.
Do you travel outside North and West Vancouver?
We’re based in North Vancouver and primarily serve the North Shore and West Vancouver. Reach out and we’ll let you know if we can accommodate your area.
